Meggie P. Rowland, PhD
Dr. Meggie Rowland graduated with her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. She attended an APA-accredited doctoral internship at South Arkansas Regional Health Center in El Dorado, AR. She opened Rowland Psychology in 2017, where she sees clients of all ages for psychological assessments as well as adolescent and adult clients for counseling.
Dr. Rowland has been a Tyler resident since November of 2015. She enjoys living in East Texas and being a part of the growing Tyler community. She is a member of Grace Community Church and enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors and gardening.
Rachel Tamez, MS
Licensed Psychological Associate
With Independent Practice
Rachel Tamez graduated with her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Texas at Tyler, and she earned her license as a Psychological Associate soon after. Rachel is licensed to practice independently and provides clients of all ages and backgrounds with counseling, psychological testing, and assessment services. She has lived in Tyler most of her life. She enjoys taking walks, eating out, playing with her dog, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Wilmarys E. Mora, MS
Licensed Psychological Associate
Wilmarys received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in neuropsychology from University of Texas at Tyler, and she is a licensed psychological associate. Her main focus as a clinician is working with and helping clients deal with diverse mental health needs. She enjoys clients of varying ages and especially has experience with older adults. Wilmarys is an active member of the Latino community of East Texas and provides services in both English and Spanish. She has been able to give back to this community by volunteering in non-profit organizations promoting brain and mental health care.
Kathryn Bell, MSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Kathryn graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She specializes in working with children and adults who have experienced trauma but is passionate about helping clients of all ages heal and focus on their strengths. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Kathryn has lived in Tyler most of her life and enjoys spending time with her husband and twin toddlers, especially going on walks, out to eat, and to the park together.
While in college at Louisiana Tech and LSU, Colleen studied Elementary Education. Her life has been richly full; serving and leading others either through school PTA, church, homeless crisis centers, and parachurch organizations, like Bible Study Fellowship, where she served as children’s leader of all ages for nearly 20 years. She loves Jesus and people, and is a member of Grace Community Church, where she actively worships, serves and comes alongside others; working with people from infancy to senior adult. Her heart is to compassionately love, honor, and encourage others with dignity, grace and truth.
Colleen has been a Tyler resident since 2012, when she and her husband came to live with and care for her father-in-law. She is the mom of two wonderful adult children and was of many precious foster children, and is the Grammy of two darling granddaughters. Off-road adventuring and cooking with her husband, spending time with family and friends and photographing people are some things Colleen enjoys.
